CGA obligations can limit how AppleCare+ (or any extended warranty/protection) can be marketed and structured, because consumers may already have statutory rights regardless of AppleCare+. AppleCare+ terms typically need to avoid contradicting CGA rights, and service/repair/refund remedies offered under AppleCare+ may need to align with, or be in addition to, CGA remedies—especially for device failures or service quality issues.
