Budget 2026: Lemon Law to be introduced in Malaysia
Malaysia’s Budget 2026 proposes introducing a “lemon law.” The article says Malaysia’s Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDN) drafted a cabinet paper to amend the Consumer Protection Act 1999 to add provisions for lemon law protections.
