C-18.1 - Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act
C-18.1 is New Brunswick’s Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act. It sets out implied warranties in consumer product sales contracts (for example, that the product is fit for use and conforms to description) and governs liability/warranty-related obligations of sellers in consumer transactions.
